18 Holes later...

Finally done, and still in good spirits despite a little too much sun for T...

Putt-Putt Fun!!!

We took the girls to play putt putt golf yesterday. It was the first time we have all gone and played as a family. It was a lot of fun, and we each had a hole in one before the day was over!! It was also the first time R and I had played together since our honeymoon, I think! We all had a great time, and lots of laughs. Notice the excellent form...I think we are ready for the Pro Putt Putt tour!!!

Our New Vehicles

I told everyone a while back that we got rid of Ruby, and everyone has been asking to see her replacement...so finally R took some pics of the new vehicles. The silver Pacifica is my vehicle...it has 3 rows of seats, so it seats 6...room for baby boy when he arrives!! His name is Sterling (the car that is, not the baby boy!!) The white Sebring is R's new joy...the replacement to Ruby. We can still all fit in her, even when the baby comes along, and R is ecstatic with the huge step up from Ruby!! He is loving the drive back and forth to work everyday in his new pride and joy! He has named her Opal, and they have become quite close already!!!

Easter Fun!!

The girls had a great Easter, despite the weather being very chilly!! We had a mini egg hunt in the backyard with our neighbors, which the girls enjoyed. Also, the girls got new bikes for Easter. T had outgrown her old bike, and A has never had a new bike...only hand-me-downs from T, so we felt she deserved a new one that reflected HER personality!! They were so excited, and spent the whole afternoon riding!! (They were both a little sore this morning from it!)

Our "SUN"

Last week T was in a play at school. She played the sun, who happened to be tired of working and decided to go on a vacation, which messed up everything for all the planets!! She looked so cute in her vacation outfit, and she did a great job in the play!!!

Goodbye Ruby...

Saturday we said goodbye to a long-time member of the family. R has been driving Ruby for almost 8 years, and she has been a very loyal member of the family. But on Saturday, we said goodbye to her and moved on to a newer car for R. It was hard to let her go...the girls were quite traumatized...we almost shed a tear as we thought of all the good times...hauling the 14-ft trampoline and enclosure, the fencing for our back yard, and best of all loading the four of us with Sable in the back, heading to the lake for a swim!! She served us well, and she will be missed...
